Information we collect

When you submit the "Enquire / Schedule a Viewing" form, we collect your name, phone number, your message (if any), the time of submission and the page it was sent from.

Purpose

Only so the owner can contact you about buying or viewing this unit. We do not sell or share your information with others for marketing.

Storage and notifications

Your information is stored in the owner's Google Sheets and a notification is sent to a LINE group of the owner and the people the owner has asked to help follow up. These services are provided by Google and LINE respectively.

Visit statistics

The site counts visits and how often the phone number, LINE ID and map are opened, anonymously (no names, phone numbers or IP addresses), to understand interest in the unit. Your browser stores the date of your last visit locally so you are not counted twice.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to follow up about this unit, and delete it when the sale is completed or when you ask us to.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the owner through the contact section.
